The shop extends Longoka’s editorial mission: languages and scripts through practical, well-crafted materials.
What you can buy
Paid products are shown in the shop and on each dedicated product page. Each item states its format (print, PDF, online access, ZIP file…) and VAT-inclusive price before checkout.

Checkout & payment
Purchases go through the cart and checkout (depending on enabled payment methods). Confirmation and download instructions are sent after validation.

Formats, delivery & access
Depending on what you buy: physical shipping, digital download, platform access, or a font licence. The product page states the format and what is included.
Digital downloads
PDFs, ZIP packs, and other Longoka digital files.
Digital products are available from your account area or the link provided after purchase. They are for the identified buyer only — do not share raw files or download links.

- Personal or in-house professional use as stated on the product page
- No republishing or reselling source files
Physical products
Printed books, paper editions, and items that require shipping.
Physical products are prepared and shipped to the address given when you order. Shipping fees and timelines are calculated or shown before you confirm payment.
For physical goods sold at distance to consumers, a withdrawal request may be made within 14 days from delivery, subject to legal exclusions and return of the product in a condition suitable for resale.

- Standard withdrawal period: 14 days after delivery for eligible physical goods
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, non-conforming, or sent in error

Courses, articles & online access
Content tied to your Longoka account rather than a downloadable file.
Buying a premium course or paid article opens access to the related content on the platform, within the limits of the product page. Access is personal and must not be shared.
- Courses: lessons, videos, progress, and resources included as stated
- Premium articles: reading or download as stated on the page
- Access tied to the buyer's account — no resale or redistribution
Digital content & withdrawal
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may not apply once performance has begun with your express consent and you acknowledged losing that right — notably from the first download or immediate file access after payment, under applicable consumer law.

Live sessions & recordings
Live classes, Q&A, and workshops may take place by videoconference (Google Meet or equivalent).
During a live session, the host may record it for teaching and communication purposes. Full replays are reserved for enrolled learners; excerpts or rebroadcasts may be published on Longoka social media and channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok…). You are informed at the start of the session when recording is enabled.

- Excerpts, replays, or rebroadcasts may be published on Longoka social media and channels to promote the course and share culture
- Full session replays: course area reserved for learners enrolled in the relevant programme
- You may object to recording or ask that your voice/image not be distributed (including on our public channels): info@longoka.fr
- Replays are secure links tied to each session; they do not replace attending live slots when the course requires it
Digital typefaces
Natikongo, Mandombe, and future editorial typefaces.
Purchasing a font grants a licence of use, not ownership of the files or the typeface name (Natikongo, Mandombe…).
- The licence PDF in the ZIP (EULA) defines permitted use — if it conflicts with this page, the product EULA governs font usage
- The current “personal + one website” tier covers desktop, web (@font-face on your domain), and exports where glyphs are rendered
- Redistributing .ttf/.woff2 files, open CDN hosting, or resale requires written agreement
Access & account
Simple rules for safe and reliable use.
Account
You are responsible for the use of your account and actions performed through it.
- Provide accurate information (and keep it up to date)
- Do not share access credentials (unless explicitly allowed)
- Report any unauthorized access as soon as possible
Availability
We do our best to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur (maintenance, incidents, updates).
We may modify, suspend, or remove features for technical, legal, or security reasons.

Longoka content is protected — please respect rights.
Rights
Unless stated otherwise, content (texts, lessons, visuals, trademarks) is protected and remains the property of its rightful owners.
- Do not reproduce or redistribute content without permission
- Personal, non-commercial use by default
- Trademarks and logos remain the property of their owners
Prohibited uses
You must not use the service in ways that harm the platform, users, or legal compliance.
- Bypass access restrictions or copy protected content
- Attack, mass-extract (scrape), or disrupt the service
- Publish or distribute illegal content through the platform
Pricing & offers
À la carte — no single price grid.
Longoka does not require a general subscription: each course, article, book, or supply is sold at the price shown on its page at checkout. Some content remains free (public articles, previews, online games).
The Offers page introduces the main families (discovery, training, shop). The online shop lists paid products available in the cart.
Liability
Important information about availability and limits.
- The service is provided “as is”.
- No guarantee of uninterrupted availability or learning results.
- We may evolve the service and update these terms.
Governing law & disputes
General rules in case of dispute.
French law applies. In case of dispute, competent courts are those of Bordeaux, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
