Live sessions & recordings
Data related to live classes, replays, and content shared on our channels.
During a Longoka video session, we process data needed to run the slot (account, course access, meeting link). If the session is recorded, participants' voice and image may be captured and kept for course replays and, where applicable, excerpts shared on Longoka social media and public channels.
- Purposes: teaching, course follow-up, replays for enrolled learners, cultural promotion on our public channels
- Retention: for the course period, then reasonable archive or deletion according to teaching and legal needs

Deleting your data
How to request erasure of your personal data on Longoka.
To exercise your right to erasure or request deletion of your account and associated data, email info@longoka.fr with the email address of your Longoka account. We process requests within a reasonable time.
Facebook sign-in: you can remove the Longoka app from Facebook settings (Apps and websites), then email info@longoka.fr to request deletion of any remaining data on Longoka's side.
